Project consists of Architectural, Mechanical and Electrical design requirements for a custom interior remolding project for a Chiropractic/Message Therapy Clinic in an existing shopping center.

The office occupies two adjacent units in an existing shopping center for a total space of approximately 4,500 S.F.

Design includes a lobby/reception area, exam rooms, massage therapy rooms, exercise area, offices, and support functions. Critical issues in design involve acoustical separation and circulation between conflicting zones.
