Project Summary: Lewis Residence
Retirement Housing
The design was developed to take advantage of the natural
site conditions while minimizing the cost of the structural system.
The main objective was to develop an open functional plan suited for a
retired couple.
Project consists
of Architectural, Civil, and Structural design services for a custom
Retirement Home which consists of 2 Bedrooms with a Den and Office along
with a Master Suite on the main level. Project was design to fit into the
context of the existing neighborhood through the implementation of exterior
finishes and materials.
