This project consists of a 12,000 SF expansion to the existing production facility in Anderson, South Carolina which manufactures plastic Gas Tanks and Bumper Fascias for various Automotive OEM’s. Context Design Group provided Architectural, Civil, Structural, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering services for the Plastic Blow Molding, Manufacturing and Assembly area expansion. Expansion included an ESFR fire-protection system for the storage of Group A, High-Hazard Plastics.

David Lewis was the original "Architect of Record" for the plant in 1995 while acting as Architectural Department Manager for Simons Engineering, Inc. He has since been involved with two expansions of this facility which have more than doubled the total size of the facility. Context Design Group is currently working with Inergy Automotive as a consultant on various plant renovation efforts.
