Context Design Group designed a new 10,000 SF General Contractor’s Office for Raby Construction in Greenville, South Carolina. The new facility was developed to provide better accommodations for Raby Construction and an efficient organizational layout. Context Design Group designed multiple layouts of the future facility and worked with Raby Construction to select a design that meets their functional needs.

The General Contractor’s Office was developed to house a garage, administrative, and support facilities. The office consisted of a single corridor which was arranged to frame the garage and hinder access to the support facilities from those not employed by Raby Construction. The Conference Rooms served as the focal point of the facility through its corner location and the use of a curved wall with segmented full-length storefront windows. Adjacent to the corner Conference Room is an Open Conference Room that’s bordered by a 2-foot soffit above which is used to insinuate the room’s boundaries
