New Facility Parts Distribution Center

Toyota Motor Sales (TMS) is the parts distribution division for Toyota North America. Operations Associates provided Program Management, Architectural, Conceptual Design, Consulting, Site Master Planning, Facilities Master Planning, Industrial Engineering, Operational Strategy & Construction Observation Services for a $45,000,000 national parts distribution center in Hebron, Kentucky. Our team developed the Logistics Distribution Concept for the National Parts Distribution Network to support the business objectives of the Toyota Manufacturing Division.

The project consisted of 850,000SF (expandable to 1,000,000SF) of "state-of-the-art" lean warehousing space, 200,000SF of structural mezzanine/parts handling areas, high-tech data center & IT infrastructure system, 50,000SF of administrative office areas, food service & dining areas to handle 1500 people, training/conference center, logistics strategy area and trailer monitoring/staging yard to handle approximately 200 tractor/trailers.
