Our team led the programming efforts of all stakeholders involved with the North American Components Division. The objective was to look at existing and future business projections and to establish a strategic plan for all the components manufactured in the NAFTA region.

Our team collected data from all stakeholders and developed a recommendation for future production needs for the next five (5) years in relation to each of the current manufacturing sites in the NAFTA region. Once this project was completed, our team worked on conceptual designs to achieve the five(5) year objectives in three (3) locations, Lapeer, Michigan, Duncan, South Carolina, and Newton, North Carolina.
